Flat Iron, Waterloo

I remember my first experience with Flat Iron and have loved the brand ever since.

Their offer is exceptional - simple, high-quality food, great service and they're generous - free dessert (their own insane custom ice cream) and epic popcorn.

To get to design one of their restaurants was an awesome experience. This one has just opened in Waterloo, London.

The design was a collaboration with Clare Nash, and the Applied Studio team was headed up by Faye Greenwood. The project was delivered by Ian Morgan and the fit out by Thompsons. Thanks to all at Flat Iron for having us!
