Applied Studio was commissioned by Hilton to create a new destination bar and restaurant within their hotel in Cobham, Surrey.
The restaurant and bar has been renamed and rebranded to “Seven Hills” as part of the relaunch of the F+B space within the hotel.
The new space will provide an all day dining destination alongside a cocktail lounge and bar. It is a contemporary space full of character, colour and texture which serves the local community as well as the hotel guests.

A bespoke fluted wall texture sits alongside terrazzo surfaces, zellige tiles and warm timber textures.
The design focuses on warming up the space, adding a bright colour pallete and making the most of the arched glazing and the view of the “Seven Hills” beyond. We have also activated the restaurant’s own entrance through planting and lighting along with an injection of the brand colour. It is a vibrant space providing a ‘lifestyle’ experience throughout the day. Intimate dining and drinking experiences are combined with the atmosphere that this busy hotel provides.
